By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing a request.General Information• All commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed.
• I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.
• I do not accept urgent deadlines unless discussed beforehand (extra fees may apply).Payment• Payments are made through [payment method, e.g., PayPal, Ko-fi, etc.].Payment options:
• 100% upfront, or• 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, depending on the type of commission.I will not start the work without at least partial payment confirmed.Refunds• Full refund: if I haven’t started the work.
• Partial refund: if I’ve started but not progressed much (depends on the current stage).
• No refund: if the illustration is almost finished or already delivered.Usage RightsAs the artist, I retain the rights to the final artwork (I may post it in my portfolio or on social media, unless agreed otherwise).The client may not:• Reproduce or sell the artwork (prints, NFTs, merchandise, etc.)
• Edit the artwork without permission
